WITS User Group (WUG)

About WUG
The WITS User Group (WUG) was formed in response to a growing need for collaboration between FEi and their WITS customers. The mission of the WUG is to provide a forum for FEi and FEi WITS customers to communicate as a group.

The WUG's primary goals are to:

  • serve as a communication hub between FEi and their WITS customers
  • enable coordination of customer service efforts
  • expedite and facilitate important FEi decisions that may impact multiple WITS customers

    A note about the WCP
    Unlike WUG, which is operated by FEi Systems, the WITS Collaborative Partnership (WCP) is a non-profit organization which is managed by the individual WITS customers.

    The purpose of the WCP is to facilitate cost and resource sharing for the enhancement of the WITS system and its use within the members' organizations. The benefits of membership extend beyond system enhancements, into shared ideas for process improvement, treatment improvement, and combined efforts for grant writing and cross organizational partnerships.
