Our Team
FEi’s senior technical managers average over 20 years of technology
experience. FEi’s technical staff are highly skilled and diverse: 41% of
our technical staff hold more than three professional certifications (
MCPS, MCSD, MCAD, MCITP, MCTS, MCDBA, SA, MCPD, MCNPS, etc.). A little
under half of our Project managers are PMP certified; and almost a
quarter are ITIL certified. FEi has a mix of staff positions and
personnel which provides a pool of professionals and partner
organizations that can be patterned to provide full coverage and
flexibility for almost any behavioral health data service. And we retain
our unique resources: our staff retention rate is 95%, well above
industry standards. Further, we have many long-term partners that
provide additional depth and breadth of behavioral health experience.
FEi’s
seasoned staff have the capacity to interface with clients from diverse
backgrounds. Our staff members themselves come from over 15 countries;
and 49% of our employees speak two languages, with 20% speaking three or
more languages fluently.
